Can i size down a wedding ring from 7 to 6.5?

It appears to adjust the ring by a half size. Using a set of ring size gauges, I find that it sized my ring down from 10 to 9.5.

How does it stay in place? Adhesive?

There is some type of adhesive that holds it in place. But there is no sticky residue. Have been wearing one for over a week and I don't even notice it's there.

Can you layer 2 strips, 1 on top of another for a full ring size difference?

I tried it and it did not work layered.

Does this make your ring sticky once product removed?

I don't know if it would make your ring sticky. I haven't removed mine but, you can always use alcohol to remove the stickynezs
