Does this work with i9 10900k ?

Technically yes, however that chip has a soldered IHS so there wouldn’t be any performance or thermal gain from it, and you are more likely to kill you CPU as you would have to get it very hot to melt the solder before you attempt to delid it. If you dont heat it up then you will highly likely crack the die and kill it.
