They are the same as a Sudafed PE, but cheaper and for me they work as well. No antihistamines to make you drowsy or sudaphedrine to keep you up so can be taken at any time. The only downfall is they have to be taken every 4 hours.

Works just as well as the higher priced name brands. Very satisfied.

I should have looked closer at the description. Please note that this is Phenylephrine, not Pseudoephedrine. I thought I was ordering Pseudoephedrine. Darn. I must be getting old ... didn't notice the difference.Anywhoo! For those that are interested ... The difference between phenylephrine and pseudoephedrine is their efficacy, side effects, and potential for abuse. They are 2 different beasts and I suggest all purchasing this product research pros and cons.
