I am giving this to my 3 year old since she was 1. Always useful in cold. I have a feeling that this is the only medicine which works for her in cold.

My two year old has thankfully only gotten one fever and been legitimately sick once. That said I really did not want to give her full blown meds unless I absolutely had to, so after a bunch of product research I got this to have on hand if or when she was under the weather. At first the ampules were tough for her to get the hang of, but once we established she needed to swallow not bite she had no issues with it and would look forward to it because it clearly helped her feel better. I give it at the first onset of her symptoms and max dosage for the first day and she has been right as rain the next day. I love that it’s tasteless, easy to administer, portable, and non-drug. One box lasts a long time both for use and shelf life so I think it’s a great value. I obviously can’t directly ask her, but based on her behaviors this is highly effective. I use this brand for allergy relief myself and I’ve yet to be disappointed.

So I love these! I give them to my son when he has a runny nose or a cough or anything like that, but my husband and I have also taken them and WOW! They actually work! The effects on y husband and I are short lived which is to be expected as it’s a dose for a baby, but we’ve taken them and like them a lot too! Couldn’t even tell my son was sick after taking it! Ingredients are great, they work well, very little taste, works quickly I would say they kick in within 15-20 minutes. Great for allergies, cold symptoms, sinus pressure, runny nose, cough and general body aches.
