Very smooth and tastes great. Good olive oil, that when refrigerated, changes viscosity. Wish a larger jar. Will buy again.

Three is the best I can give!!! It is not unpleasant. It does taste of olive oil and garlic and something??? I THINK THAT THE FLAVOR OF BASIL NOT OLIVE OIL SHOULD BE MORE DOMINANT----won;t buy again.
