They stick good, hold 24 hours most of the time, and I can even take a shower with them. I tried Nicoderm before these and they were horrible in stickiness and would come off in a couple hours, they also felt thicker. The nicoderm also made my skin really itchy for the first hour or two and the skin underneath the patch was red until I took the patch off, these don't give me any irritation! These are also great value for the money as they are twice cheaper then nicoderm and has 30 patches instead of 14.
