The leg straps are a great addition for lower body exercises, and the bag is handy (although the bag is very cheap quality and as you see in the photo, it was slightly torn after months of carrying the equipment, it would be better if it was double stitched). It's important to not leave the rings outside the sun, it will deteriorate the wood quality. Customer service is also very efficient and helpful. However, I think there are cheaper carabiner style rings that you can get that are the same quality.
