Isn’t this a big red flag to anyone else?** A: I don't know if sellers can remove reviews, but I purchased these beans and have had no problems with them. I use them to make sprouts. So far, every bean has sprouted. **Q: Are your spouts super thin compared to store-bought? Am o doing something wrong? Do I need a different brand?** A: Yes, I have noticed that they are thinner and also shorter. I will still continue to grow them because they are nutritious food that I grew myself and controlled the entire process. I really don't know under what conditions the store-bought beans were grown. **Q: What country are these sourced from?** A: Considering all reviews except 5 star have been been removed by the seller, I would suspect it’s not the US. I personally won’t buy from a company who does this. **Q: In their description they say cook two to three hours? In my experience with mung beans 45 minutes and they're good to go. What's your opinion?** A: I would do a 30 minute time in the multi cooker. I however grow micro greens with them. I decided to try the whole bean form of moong dal for the fiber and also because I wanted to see if they held up better in my dishes. Moong dal turns to mush, tasty but not the result I was looking for. One thing about Mung beans is they cook really fast (around 20 minutes) compared to other peas, lentils, and beans, which makes them a good choice when you want to get something on the table in a reasonable time on a week night.
