does it come with the paddles?

yes. But they are not very sturdy. one of ours busted as we were paddling while we were out on the lake. They were pretty short, as well.

How are fishing pole holders included when there aren’t any parts listed for them

I am on my second one of these. Nice inflatable. There are just rubber holders attached to the sides. Always assumed they were for the oars. I guess they can hold fishing rod as well?

is it ok to fish in? is there enough room to sit straight legged in it i'm 6'3 ? thanks in advanced!

More than enough room to sit in. I'm the same height and me and my wife fit legs stretched out with a small cooler in the middle. Drug a floating fish basket and worked perfect. I recommend getting the trolling motor transom attachment.

Would you recommend for a 4mile float trip down river, small rapids?

I have definitely used it for more than 4 miles, but not in an rapids, only lakes. I don't know how it would hold up if it hit any sharp rocks, but mine doesn't have any holes and has hit a lot of branches and logs ( with 2 people in it).
