I use these for my gourmia food dehydrator 600w with 6 trays. My fruit was sticking to the metal racks and these are much easier to use and clean than spraying the racks with oil.

Very awesome liners! I was able to cut them down to fit my current trays with ease. I love the fact that air could flow both ways to help in drying my cranberries.

These are much easier to remove items from and much easy to clean than the trays that come with the dehydrator. I decided to trim them slightly smaller which was easy to do with scissors. Takes a little experimentation to figure out how to clean them easily by hand since they fold over so easy. I highly recommend them and have bought them for friends to make their dehydrating easier.

I ordered a pack of these for my Nesco Dehydrator. We're having a problem with fruit sticking to the dehydrator's trays and its a nightmare to get the fruit off without damage. Upon arrival, I was a bit dismayed that they feel so cheap, but it was a faulty impression as they work really well. Our biggest issue was bananas, and these sheets solved that problem in a big hurry. They have so far survived 4 trips through the dishwasher on the heavy wash setting, and 6 dehydrator cycles each lasting 36+ hours. There is absolutely no detectable degradation. They are super flexible and nothing seems to stick to them. You will require a good sharp pair of scissors if you wish to cut these.

I heard about something like this from one of the Freeze Drying groups I belong to. I decided to look into it further. Perfect game changer for freeze dying! Whether you have a small, medium or large freeze dryer, you can easily trim these to fit your tray size. The only drawback is given the dimensions of the squares that once you cut it to fit your tray you will likely have 2 pieces which still is not a bad thing. I had some parsley and dill I was freeze drying that only filled half of a tray and using just one of the cut pieces for that section worked out perfectly and kept the flakes of parsley once freeze dried from moving or blowing around when unloading the tray. They are great for layering thinly sliced foods too. They are easy to clean and I noticed that even with raspberries and strawberries, there were no remaining stains left on them. It would be ideal if maybe it came in a roll and with different widths but hey, they work, and I would recommend these if you have a freeze dryer. I'm sure with time, I'll multi-purpose these for other things too.
