The size stows away perfectly up against my toilet. We have an elongated, chair height toilet and while that fits my husband's need and height, it is not as comfortable for me when using it. I bought this and now my restroom time is a breeze! The appearance of this stool is stylish and modern. It's very portable, you could take it with you on vacation as it folds up for easy transport. It's very stable and holds my adult weight.

The only reason the 5th star is missing is because the color is way off from what is advertised. I think this is one of my favorite purchases. After having a spell of difficult bm’s, I decided to try the toilet stool. It has been a godsend!!! I was amazed at how the change in my sitting position can help with elimination. It came assembled, which I was not expecting. The hinges are heavy duty although I never fold it. It fits up against the toilet base and is not in the way when not using it. Just pull it away from the toilet base when ready to use. The wood seems like very good quality. I love it.

Like the clean look. Not big and chunky looking but sturdy. Perfect! It tucks right up next to the toilet not in the way when not using. Small enough to easily store if you don't want it out.

I really thought it was sturdy enough, but 3 months later the screws on one side came loose, and the holes in the wood are too big to keep the screws in anymore. It's now unusable. I still give 3 stars because it worked for some of my 3rd trimester and the beginning of my postpartum, when I needed it most. Being able to fold it and not be in the way is a great perk too, I just wish it lasted longer. I will look for a better quality folding poop stool.
