Great popcorn
Amish country makes great quality popcorn. The mushroom variety pops up nicely, it is larger and rounder in size. It definitely has more kernels but that's typically to mushroom popcorn. It tasted great on its own salted, but would be good for those who want to coat popcorn in a glaze. Nice and crunchy texture.

I absolutely LOVE these popcorn!!
I am a popcorn fanatic and these are buy far the best popcorn you can find. Its all about the mushrooom popcorn. Once you try them you wont be able to go back to regular popcorn. These pop beautifully round and big and have an excellent flavour. The only caveat is that they have a bit too much husk so if you don't like that it may be a problem but they usally flake off at the bottom of the bowl. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want exceptional movie theatre experience at home. Bonus: Pop in a stovetop popcorn maker for the best results

Large popped corn
Excellent popcorn. I make it using olive oil in a regular pot. Use low heat and monitor it to make sure it doesn't burn. Almost all of the kernels pop and most of them are large mushroom. I order the 6 lb bag and store it in an airtight container.

Hard to chew and moldy taste.

Overall, I find mushroom-style popcorn to be significantly more enjoyable to consume compared to butterfly kernels.

Great
At first I wasn't sure. I popped it in coconut oil. Didn't mushroom... the second batch I cooked at a higher temperature. Came out great. The only thing is that there is so many loose husks. Had to really shake it down 2 or 3 times to get rid of them. I will definitely buy this product again
