Roycederm Tea Tree Scalp Scrub – Pre-Shampoo Exfoliating Treatment for Dry, Flaky Scalp – Deep Cleansing, Refreshing & Balancing Formula for Healthy-Looking Hair

Immediate relief to my deeply itchy scalp. The scrubber effectively removed loose plaques and painlessly stimulated my scalp. I’ll be buying a second scrubber; my current scrubber is two parts from Japan circa 1954 when dad received it as a gift. I got used to using two at a time but one mysteriously was lost last week. The product smells strong at first but diminishes as I use it. My hair is buzzed 1/2” all over to help resolve my seb derm. This company’s shampoo stopped working so I’m cycling to this scrub. It feels soothing to my scalp. First wash it barely removed scales sebum dirt debris as expected. The second wash I needed only a teeny amount rubbed in palms then applied to scalp….it lathered a lot but was not at all drying (as with SLS shampoos I can no longer use). My scalp felt clean not stripped, although with seb derm I like my scalp stripped vs scaly. Day 2 I’m ready to complete the thorough cleansing with another double wash. Very easy to use; a quarter sized glob rubbed between palms then applied to scalp then scrub with scrubbers, rinse repeat. It’s gentle enough to use daily like presented; my scalp is comfortable not stripped and smells clean, no medicinal smells. I appreciate tea tree oil formulations but sometimes I get a headache from the smell. All I smell is rosemary with this product. Though I’m not fond of gourmand formulations, herbaceous and essential oil blends don’t give me a headache except tea tree oil. This set is perfect for over the road travel; it has an inner liner that keeps the product in the jar. It’s perfect for taking to the KRAV MAGA studio or gym for after training showering. This is my 2nd RoyceDerm product and I’m not disappointed. I e struggled with seb derm 63 years and like this product line. Highly recommend. By the way a little goes a long way. If my hair were long again I’d still use the same amount as I only focus on the scalp and wash miss and ends with the 2nd wash after scalp washing. PS: watch your scrub brush if you have a pet; my sassy minpin grabbed it, ran away and hid it, commandeering it as a new toy

I was not getting the squeaky clean or tingly feeling at first but after running my hair completely under water again and then rubbing the scrub between my fingers before going in on my scalp, I was able to feel the tingling sensation all over my scalp. My hair and scalp are squeaky clean and my scalp still feels cool even after stepping out of the shower. I used to get a greasy smell after washing with strong shampoo 4 times and I could smell the greasy smell on my fingers still before putting on conditioner but not any more. It got rid of the smell, my scalp is no longer itchy, it is cleaner than it's ever been, and I feel a light cooling sensation even now that my hair is drying. I recommend putting a hydration cream on your scalp after showering and before the hair dries just to take any precautions against dry scalp. That's what I just did because my scalp is so squeaky clean I don't want to risk drying it up when the water moisture is gone and it feels amazing. It has tiny scrubs to it, similar to fine sugar scrubs and has a dry frosty texture to it.

I love this for treating and preventing dandruff. It’s a great alternative to the wax-heavy dandruff shampoo on the market

My scalp tingles a bit with this scrub and it smells so good! The only drawback, and it could be just me and my fumble fingers, but it foams quickly and it seems like I have trouble getting the "gritty" part to the scalp so it can be exfoliated. Otherwise, I love it!

This was my first experience with this type of product. It. Has. A lovely smell. Needs better directions, as to amount to apply, how to best get it yo scalp, and what product should do ie foam, liqiefy, lather up, etc. No direction to follow with shampoo or conditioner... so. I did mot shampoo, just rinsed well and applied a dab og conditioner, as hair felt stripped. My hair was soft and pretty after blow drying. No itch yet!

Love the cool, minty tingle sensation ! it wakes up your scalp like you just dropped in a peppermint spa. The rosemary gives it a classy herbal edge. It feels gentle but effective; the silica exfoliates without turning your scalp into sandpaper. After rinsing, my scalp felt actually clean and not stripped, but like all the buildup was gone. But don’t get it twisted: it’s not a miracle grow serum. If you’re expecting to see hair popping off the roots overnight, sis, you might be disappointed. Use it weekly or biweekly, not daily, or you risk drying out your scalp. And that menthol is a vibe ! Unless your skin is sensitive, then it might sting.
