I have this container and the ingredients do not specify. Corn syrup is obviously o oh made from corn. Depending on what you are making really depends on if you can substitute it or not. I personally would just give it a try. You can always recipe test it in a small amount. Glucose being an inverted sugar will help retain moister, and help prevent crystallization.
