Bobs Red Mill Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, 680 g

This is a good gluten-free alternative to rice or even quinoa. I cook it with vegetables and it tastes good, and healthy, too. Good quality and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I cannot get this in local grocery stores.

I add Japanese multi grain mix to my white rice for health reasons. But these mix packs, good variety ones are quite expensive, so I usually buy very basic ones, like the photo, and add other grains, such as Bob's Red Mill Sorghum Grain, to increase the varieties. This way, it becomes much much cheaper than buying premixed ones, and I can adjust the taste as I like. One note, sorghum take longer to be cooked than other grains, so I recommend it to be soaked in the water over night.

Excellent texture, chewy hot cereal. Mix 1/2 and 1/2 with steel cut oats in crockpot overnight!

I bought this for my Dove. It's his favorite food. I had no clue what he was picking out of his food all these years he's 25 now he turned 25 last Easter. So I happen to ask AI what the heck is my dove picking out of his seat and he picked out Milo is their favorite so I looked up Milo and this is Milo so I bought it and he was right he loved it. So did the outside birds can't give him too much I guess so I just give him a little bit every day. First AI told me to cook it and I was like what so I cooked it. Neither birds liked it cooked.
