Great Phone all Around
I got this phone as a replacement for an old Panasonic phone. Its functionality and design are greatly improved. It was easy to set up. The sound is great. I love its special features - call waiting, blocking unwanted calls, phonebook, and the option to adjust the sound volume. Setting up the primary phone automatically sets up the secondary phone with identical features. The intercom allows calling people in other parts of the house. No more running upstairs or hollering. We love it! I'm glad I bought an updated version of a similar Panasonic phone that served us well for many years.

Voice caller ID
This phone well, voices are clear, easy to set up and the battery lasts all day. There is one feature that we miss. On incoming calls, you are NOT alerted via voice who is calling. So we then either have to get up to see who is calling (big problem with the numerous robo calls) or have the phone near you. Other that, this phone works very well.

Best Cordless Phone Out There!
Over the past 20 years plus, I have purchased 3 other Panasonic cordless phones and have found them to be very reliable and easy to program. But, just recently, I decided to try another brand because of a feature on my current Panasonic phone I call 'talk block', where only one person can speak at a time. I found that to be very annoying, especially when the caller was long winded, and I couldn't get a word in edgewise. However, the competitor replacement I chose had none of the other Panasonic features I've come to depend upon, like a huge print screen, automatic date and time, easy entry of names and numbers. On top of that, it was extremely difficult to program. That was enough for me ... After 3 hours of struggling with it, I decided to return it the competitor. I went straight to Amazon and found this Panasonic model. It comes with 2 handsets, so while one is charging, I can carry the other and not worry when it runs down. Now I understand the need for more than 1 handset. After using this phone for a few weeks, I have not had to charge either one of the handsets, because when I go to bed at night, I place one handset in its charger by my bed, and the 1st handset is sitting pretty in its charger in my office, just waiting for me. So, in this scenario, NEITHER PHONE WILL EVER RUN DOWN! Another great feature ... As you enter names in your address book on #1 handset, your #2 handset is being updated at the very same time ... it's MAGIC! When I went to update #2 handset, I couldn't believe it was already done ... FABULOUS! And the model I chose also has an answer feature as well. So with this one phone, I have 2 functions ... 'pick up' and 'take a message'. So, after straying outside the Panasonic world for but a brief moment, I'm very happy to be back. And, I have to say, I love this particular phone even more than my previous all black models ... so pretty in silver, black and white. So, I'm here to stay. Thanks for making such great phones!

No complaints
Got this to replace my long cord landline. VoIP phones work off your router, and with a corded phone you have a phone in one end of your house and none in the other. Cordless is the only way to go. Not super great but does a job for the price. I got my money's worth

Works as expected
Works as expected. My landline was broken but I didn’t know that. Thought it was the phone company’s issue. No trouble installing

Decent phone, few design flaws.
The phone sounds very clear and works as telephone, but that's about all the good things. Cons: -The backlight for keys is extremely dim, and is an ugly "cigarette smoke" yellow color. -The silent function doesn't work properly. You can set it to be silent between 10pm - 8am and it will stay silent 24/7. There is no other way to quiet the phone other than going through 4-5 menus. -Like most landline phones, these phones are designed like giant Tylenol pills and are slippery as hell, very easy to drop. -The max volume isn't very loud, you have to press the phone against your face just to hear clearly. The shape isn't very comfortable on the face either. -The batteries seem to lose their charge pretty quick, my last set of cheap ATT phones lasted 2x as long. -The front panel has so many icons on it, you can barely tell when you have a new message. That, or a message covers the entire screen. -Cannot change how the front screen looks, huge clock, etc. -When checking the missed-calls log, you have to hit down to show it, then it shows the name, then you have to hit right just to see the number that called. Again, pointlessly forcing us to hit multiple buttons for something that should be quick and easy. -When punching in a number and hitting 'call', the phone dials the numbers very slowly. -'Phonebook' feature is very annoying, there are 4-5 hotkeys to get to it from multiple menus, yet is the last thing I ever want to use. -The buttons are very small and oddly shaped. Not comfortable at all with its 'pill' shape. -When someone leaves a message it plays through all receivers and only way to mute it is to turn the volume down, which has to be turned back up later. -No option to delete a voicemail, you have to go through several menus to delete them. -The caller ID is cut off because of the huge font on screen that can't be changed. -The caller ID and previous call log shows the caller's name first, and you have to hit Right Arrow to see the number, each and every time.
