Pleasing taste, helpful for sleep
Easily taken, just before bedtime, I think they help me sleep

No idea if they genuinely work, I take them because their review was high and magnesium is good for migraines and sleep. No issues other than not once have I ever had a bottle with 60 in it. I am always left with just one gummie even though it’s a dose of two per day. I must have ordered about 4-5 times and it’s the same every time

Prefer to take rather than tablets
After previously taking a magnesium tablet in the evening I find I much prefer these Gummies. Easy to chew and nice flavour. Magnesium does help with the cramp I often get in the night and also helps with sleeping. Will buy again

Great MG & Good Taste
My daughter needs to take a high-dose magnesium supplement. However, she is very picky about what she can take due to stomach issues. She likes the flavor of these better than others she has tried. Not only that, they're a higher concentration of Magnesium, so she can take less gummies for a greater effect. Win, win, win! Good taste and effective = repeat purchase
I have been taking Magnesium Citrate for some time now but I recently switched to this brand due to inconsistencies with the previous product.
