Not the best
This product did not work for me. Great idea, but did not fit. The top leave a gap and is not secured and the straps are not long enough. Works better under the garment but still loose.

Great product!
I bought this ab board because upon reading reviews for other ones, they would run small. This board was perfect because I had lipo done on my waist, not my abdomen. It wrapped all the way around my waist and still had a good amount of Velcro left over so it will absolutely accommodate various body shapes and sizes. I wear this under my faja and you can barely see it, it is also very comfortable and keeps my faja from creating marks on my skin. I have recommended this product to my friends and family whom have/are getting work done on their bodies. Get this! You will not regret it!

It's all about the fitting ...
The board hits my boobs and it hurts if I bent. I am 5'3" and have a short torso. I'm thinking about cutting the top so it doesn't bother me. It's hard to get the tension right on the Velcro like others said. I just do my best and let the faja hold it in place. It's a good quality product, I just wish it came in different sizes. One size does not fit all.

Very comfortable
I love it, it wraps well around my waist and it has the board. I really like it because I have the regular board from the same brand, but it's kinda uncomfortable, I was using it and I had bought some foams to put them on my sides,but it was still very uncomfortable, so I decided to but the whole abdominal 360 about board and I made a great choice, it helps me with the girdle burns. A+

Changed my mind
I really didn’t know why I needed this until I tried after abdominal surgery. It’s great in trying to keep the ab fat at bay but you have to be consistent with the diet and exercise for best results
