3800w regular fuel - works perfectly
I just have to say that this thing works perfectly with very little effort from me or the machine itself. I ran a shop vac and a small extractor at the same time and not even a hiccup. Mind you I just returned a 2500w era*** inverter that would trip or really struggle. Thing was screaming for dear life. You’re going to spend an additional $200-300 + for anyone comparable off the shelf. It’s quiet for the size, it’s ergonomically built which I like since I have to move it in and out of my vehicle. Feels lighter than expected. I love this thing. It’s a good buy for sure.

A must-have for tailgating and outdoor fun
This generator has become a must-have for our tailgates. It’s surprisingly quiet and runs about 6–8 hours on a gallon of gas, depending on how many things we have plugged in. You can really feel the durability in its weight—it’s solid without being too heavy and stores easily. We’ve taken it to several tailgating spots, and it’s held up well against weather and travel. It’s been an easy, reliable way to power lights, speakers, and small appliances while we’re out, and it’s definitely made our tailgating setup more convenient. For anyone looking for an affordable, portable generator that works well for outdoor events, this is a solid pick. It’s been a great upgrade for our family.

Works as Expected
So far the generator has met my expectations. I added some oil, filled up the gas tank and then let it run for 30 minutes. Checked the oil again and then plugged in an extension cord and used my hedge trimmer for 30 minutes. It is a tad louder than the Honda 2000 generator I used to have but it is almost double the wattage. So far so good

Generator that handles real household loads
I’m very satisfied with this generator. I bought it mainly for backup power and for occasional outdoor use, and so far it has performed better than expected. It starts easily, runs smoothly, and the noise level is noticeably lower compared to other generators I’ve owned. The build quality feels solid, and the setup was straightforward even for someone who isn’t a mechanic. I tested it during a short outage with several appliances running at the same time. I plugged in my refrigerator which draws around 150W while running, a 700W coffee maker, a box fan at about 50W, and some LED lights that used around 20W. All together the load was well within the 2500W capacity, and the generator handled everything without any power drops or hesitation. My only complaint is that the fuel tank feels a bit small for longer use. It works great, but if you plan to run it for many hours, you will need to refill more often than with larger models. Overall, this generator has proven strong, quiet, and dependable for real day to day situations. Even with the small downside, I would still buy it again with no hesitation.

USBc port supports super-fast charging.
Well packaged. Good fit and finish. First started it on Propane (after adding oil to the engine). Ran great! I really like that if the propane runs out it will seamlessly switch to gas. I like the USB ports. The USBC port charges my phone in super-fast mode. That's a plus I didn't figure on. Fairly quiet and not too heavy to lift. The next power outage will tell a lot. We'll see how it holds up.

A lot of bang for the buck.
After extensive research I bought this generator for emergency use because of its price point and many features. Unfortunately, we got hit by a tornado last week and my generator decided NOPE, I'm not going to co-operate. This arrived in three days and setting it up was pretty straight forward. Added oil and I decided to use gas for the initial break-in. Two pulls on the rope and we were off and running. I plugged in two things that I thought were essential, the refrigerator and an electric fireplace. The refrigerator had little effect, but it really kicked in when I turned on the fireplace. I checked the display and I was only drawing 1475 watts, so I still had plenty of power for a couple of lamps, the internet, the computer and maybe the TV. With only half a tank of fuel I unplugged everything and let it run with eco mode off. Three hours and forty-five minutes later it ran out of fuel so I could do an oil change. My initial thoughts and some drawbacks. * The machine is heavy. Specifications say it weighs 50 lbs. It feels heavier although I don't have a scale to confirm my suspicions. Shouldn't be a problem moving it around, but I sure wouldn't carry it down the street. * Access panels on both sides and the oil change door require a Phillips screwdriver. * It gets loud. Eco mode is fine but as the load increases, so does the noise, but that can be said of most generators. * Small gas tank at only 1.3 gal. If you need to run it all night better use propane otherwise, you'll be getting up early. * The display. Although it's explained in the manual it doesn't go into great detail. You have to use it to finally understand it. If the generator is on the ground, you have to get on your knees to read it. Bluetooth would be a great option here. That being said, I am very happy with this generator. For the price (I bought it on sale), but even at full price, it stands out from other more expensive generators. It has more than enough power to run the essentials, an RV plug, a display that actually tells you how it's performing, and the ability to run on gas or propane. I would definitely recommend this generator.

Impressed with the generator
I purchased this inverter to use as a backup charging device for my solar generators. I was looking for a smaller generator watt wise but this one was a deal compared to the smaller watt inverters. I added oil and hooked up a 20 lb propane tank. It took a few tries to get the inverter started but it did fire up, I let it run about 10 minutes to break it in and then I connected a battery charger to it and it didn't register the power pull at all. I then turned on the eco mode and it idled down and yet still pushed plenty of power to use the battery charger. It has the capacity to connect to another generator and produce additonal power above the 3800 watts. I would buy it again.

Don’t get this one!
Trying to get this generator to start in the first place was hard. It only went on for about 30 seconds and turned off. I tried it with both gas and propane and it did the same thing with both. The company was super hard to get ahold of to talk to them about the warranty. They want an estimate on what needs to be done to fix it. I had the hardest time trying to find anyone willing to look at it. It is still being looked at so I do not know what is going on nag on. I do have the sinking feeling that I will just be out the money as they are not eager to help me. A friend has the same one and hers works so mine seems just defective.

Good quality
Well I got it and filled it with oil and gas, put the choke on and in one pull it started then turned the choke off and it ran fantastic. Put it in eco mode and the thing is super quiet in fact I think it's quieter than a Honda. Now just to test it under load for what I bought it for but so far so good
