Desperation for Relief
I purchased the Magnesium Malate out of desperation a couple of weeks ago. I was in so much pain and I felt like a muscle relaxer would help. I Googled the symptoms that I was having and Mag. Malate was recommended for muscle relaxers and sleep help. This particular one was Amazon's Choice so I trusted it to be tried and true. After several days of taking 2 a day - 200mg - I really didn't see much difference. My chiropractor recommended I take 400mg a day. When I started doing that, I did notice a difference after a couple of days. My leg was aching one night so I went ahead and took the pills and within an hour I noticed that the aching was gone.I have not noticed a difference in sleeping.
