Ordered to stop husband snoring!! Didn't work but he does now make a slightly different sound which is a step in the right direction!! Says he can breathe better but not by the sound he is still making! Says he sleeps better and there comfy to wear, size great for man's nose and good value for money quality is great but snoring still happening

Before purchasing it’s worth considering your night time routine! If you moisturise before bed then the stripes WILL NOT stay in place. Even an hour after moisturising they wouldn’t stay put. I tried them on an evening where I missed my skin care and it stayed in place well… I didn’t notice any difference in my ability to breathe through both nostrils clearly (impacted when head putted my a baby!). It must have annoyed me in the night because I pulled it off in my sleep! The instructions are very poor and do not show you how to place it in the right location.

I’ve used these for several years but since the packaging has changed I’ve had a real problem with them irritating the skin on my nose and face. Don’t know if they’ve changed the adhesive but the skin where the strip has been is red and sore and clearly visible even after a few hours. Such a shame as I love these.

Helped to stop the tractor that gets into bed with me every night from revving its engine all the time! My husband also thinks he can breathe better with one on.

Good quality

I was keen to try these but they would not stick on my nose (maybe because the angle of the bridge of my nose was too sharp?) so couldn't use unfortunately.
