Review: Lovey, nutty flavour - This ghee arrives nicely packaged in a jar that tells you a little bit about the origin of the product, it has 9 full months before the best before date, andthe jar contains 180ml of the product. I was surprised how light in colour it is, but that may make it more suitable for lighter coloured dishes, so I wouldn't class it as a minus point, it's lights and almost whipped in texture, and has an absolutely delicious almost nutty taste. I did originally order it to use when making curries, but it seems too nice a product to hide it's flavour behind a lot of highly flavoured spices, so I'm going to try my hand at making some cookies with it instead. Overall its a well presented product, it looks nice, and tastes amazing, it's fresh and has a lovely smell, so I'm very happy to recommend it.

This ghee ticks all my boxes. This is a high-end product that I would highly recommend trying. I love using ghee to cook and fry food. I've learned through trial and error and researched how to cook using ghee safely with optimal results. This ghee has a great flavour, which is more delicate than olive oil or coconut oil. It is ideal for frying. You only require a surprisingly small amount. It is a healthier option than other oils and cooking fats. Excellent packaging.It comes in a glass with a twist-on cap.
