Noting drastic but noticeablePROS-I leave on for 20 mins and under eye area is much brighter and looks healthy. evens out my skin with a little glow.-Works very well in the morning to look more awake and help the eye area.- patches stay in place win minimal or no sliding down, helpful so you can wear while doing other things- can be used on multiple areas of the face - I have also used on forehead and smile lines. All work well. I take the extra goo after placing on and gently pat into other face areas (nose) where pads are not placed.- little spoon it comes with makes it easy to access pads and keep clean- good amount of patches so seems to be worth the moneyCONS-I do notice it can leave behind little balls/flakes of product after removing.
