Review: Works for young boy size feet and great for fallen arches when bare foot - They fit my 9 year old son’s feet and he said his feet felt better and didn’t hurt after 3 days of wearing them. He has fallen arches and wears inserts in his shoes but needed something for when he’s bare foot or doing gymnastics.
Review: Needs to come with recommendations for use - They were much tighter than expected and they didn't come with any instructions or recommendations for use, so I wore them for too long and actually made my feet more painful than before. I've now only been wearing them for 15 minutes twice a day but as there were no instructions I'm still unsure if this is proper usage of them.

They were much tighter than expected and they didn't come with any instructions or recommendations for use, so I wore them for too long and actually made my feet more painful than before. I've now only been wearing them for 15 minutes twice a day but as there were no instructions I'm still unsure if this is proper usage of them.
