Unsafe will catch fire!
Zero stars if I could, Unsafe, do not use the 9-18v in, 2 out of 4 of them I own have caught fire at the DC-DC converter as others have shown, 5V is only safe way, but will be tossing out the other two until they fix.

Unsafe UPS board
Using the supplied charger, it appears it caused the charging circuit to melt/explode. I don't recommend this board to anyone.
