yes i did not replace it only replaced window have some air noise so i will replace the seal also not had the time yet but the seal was also included

Does it come with sealing putty?

it is a complete set ,only require one tube urethane to complete the installation.

Does this have bolts for the frame.

Looking at it from the outside. The left side snaps in and the right side is held by the closure inside. No bolts are used for this window.

Will this fit a 1996 silverado 1500 ?

Don't know but fits a 2004 perfectly
