To everyone who complained that the item is not as it appeared online. Of course it's not. Each one is going to have an individual look and color and feel. Also if you failed to look at ALL the pictures and the video (whoever said when its off is a mirror) then you don't get to complain that because you failed to look at the product in its entirety then the product was misrepresented. It's in the video that when it's off it has a mirror effect. Due to basic optics you can imagine that it won't be as bright in the daytime as it is at night. I love these lights, I do not work for the company, and I find it quite annoying that people can complain about a product without proper investigation, that is readily available, and basic common sense. "No one told me that the Grand Canyon would be so hard to see after sunset, I can't believe we drove out here." Lights compete with other lights, so if the sun is up the light will not be as vibrant. Duh. What amazes me is that some people are able to write complaints at all, I would think you would just be running into a wall over and over again wondering why there is not a door there. These lights are a beautiful creation and they are sold on a website that is not home to much artwork. So if you value creativity and beauty and none of the pieces will ever look like another you should definitely get these. If you don't take the time to look at all of the Provided information about the product then go buy some fluorescent lights and a Camry and lemur your way through life. Love the look, easy to install but the laser design is a bit or miss, I had to buy a couple since some look more yellowish or purplish than others or have spots from the laser that seem heavier than others. Beautiful though.

I love the look and the idea of this pendant. Looks great when light is off and mesmerizing when the light is on! Mine came well packed but it had manufacturing defects - the glass at the opening was cheeped off in three places. Barely visible but still.. I ordered a replacement but the replacement had other small imperfections and looked quite different when on - since the glass is hand made the patterns and colors vary. We liked the original better and kept it, returning the replacement. It's a great pendant overall, but the craftsmanship could have been better. The glass is really thin and the edges are not perfectly finished, but because of the really great look - it can be forgiven.

The media could not be loaded. This amazing pendant comes in a molded piece of styrofoam and has plenty of cord needed for wiring. There are three wires in the cap a black, a white and a yellow and green colored one that is attached to a plastic piece that I'm sure would have meaning for an electrician but I just cut it off and used it as the ground. I also trimmed a significant amount of extra cord. I used the glove they provided (thoughtful) to not have my fingerprints on the mirrored surface. I used a coiled bulb and flipped it on. OMG.

What I like:*The shipping was fast.*The glass globe has a great 3D depth to it when the light is on around the middle.*It is currently yellow/orange and pink w/ a soft white LED 800 lumen bulb.The cord is average qualityWhat I don't like:*The mounting hardware is garbage*the screws that hold the light fixture to the bracket are chrome rather than black to match the fixture.*The fixture wants to sag from the ceiling since the method of attachment was poorly designed. It can be dealt with by elbow grease and a bit of muffled cursing.*Why not use some standard style hardware that pulls the fixture into the ceiling when tightening the screws?*I have yet to see blues greens and yellows. But I may need to try a different bulb.*Did I mention that the harware is junk? Half of the screws don't fit anywhere. The brackets don't work well together.It can be installed and looks good in the end, but it's kind of a pain in the A. One of the glass shades isn't symmetrical. It is, but not quite.For a $60 light, I expect a little more quality.

What a dazzling light! I ordered a color changing bulb as well, Which made this light absolutely spectacular: however, I found that I wanted a brighter light in my foyer, so I ended up going with a normal LED 75 W bulb. With this normal bulb the light is pink and gold predominately, but it is still beautiful. Lots of ooh’s and ahhh’s from guests!

I put it in the dining room but it is not very bright. I tried several different brands of bulbs but none of them would bring out the blues, so it is not very pretty either. I would not buy this light again.

The media could not be loaded. I just received and installed them today and I am in LOVE! Incredibly easy to install, and an absolute MUST-HAVE if you use Philips Hue color-changing lights. Just make sure you know that when they are turned off, they appear to be a solid silver/mirror color (see my photos). Love them!
