70 mm Astronomical Telescope for Children and Beginners, Adults, Portable Telescope with Adjustable Tripod – Perfect for Children Educational and Gifts

This telescope is for me not a child, I wanted a good quality product which was a good price easy to use. Which is what this is, I love my telescope I would recommend it to anyone. It's easy to set up and use, good clear instructions to follow. The only thing is the stand is not very strong on its full length, but I can work around this. The other thing I like is it's very light, I can not wait to take it out in the fields once it gets a little warmer.

Lets get one thing straight first of all - this is a toy. If you go in with that expectation, it's really quite good. The optics are more than acceptable, it collects enough light and has enough magnification to get a very good view of the moon. You're not going to be able to tell planets from stars without spending a fair bit more money though. The weak point, even as a toy, is the tripod and head. It's wobbly and not very precise making it very difficult to aim (I have to aim it for my 7 year old daughter), and rather easy to knock out of alignment once it is aimed. All in all, I'm happy enough with it for what it is, but I think if my daughter's interest in astronomy remains, she'll quickly need something better.

Bought this for our 9yr Son who's mad on the solar system. Haven't used it yet as it's a Christmas Present but love how it's presented in the box & looks a 'more' grown up telescope than other 'beginner's ones, the additional items are great too. We Bought it at £40+ as it was in the black Friday sales but looks dearer & I would of paid the original price of £70+ as it's a Lovely gift.

This was bought as a kids present for christmas. The excitement was realm however its very difficult to get it to work and be able to see clearly with it. Lots of movement, so if the adult finds a star or the moon and steps away to leave the child view it, it moves slightly and now nothing is visible. This causes frustration to a child and then it doesn't get used. Quality appears quite cheap. Maybe should have gone for a more expensive model. the reviews on this looked good so we decided to try it. Not overly impressed. 5 months in and it barely gets looked at. Waisted present and it was on her Christmas wish list.

Worth every penny , my 9 year old son has never been happier and the beauty of it is. The telescope does exactly what it said it would in the description and more. I'm still amazed we've actually been able to see the moon and all the creators and details. I never used to be into star gazing but thanks to this telescope its brought me and my son even closer bonding over how to use it. My sons never been as happy x

After a lot of research on a subject I knew nothing about, I decided to purchase this for my son as his first telescope, it’s quite simple to set up, and we were able to see the moon in great detail in no time

Its a great little starter but there are a few things which are fiddly. My biggest hangup is the stand. Its really quite flimsy. We resorted to using a table to sit it on with the legs retracted all the way. It does take a bit of tweaking to get things aligned, but after that its great as a starter. We bought a barlow lens to increase the magnification, on the moon its looks great.

Cadeau d'anniversaire de mon grand garçon de 8 ans.. Magique. La boite est superbe, deux cartes sont fournies : une carte détaillée de la lune dont il a fait un poster, une carte du système solaire dont il a fait un second poster pour sa chambre. Le téléscope en lui même, une fois monté, en jette clairement. On dirait "un vrai". Après un montage très rapide qui m'a pris 5 min sans me presser, je vise un oiseau au loin dans un arbre et mets mon oeil dans le viseur et là ... grosse surprise : l'image est très nette et de bonne qualité. Je m'attendais à une vision un peu floue, pleine d'aberrations chromatiques et avec un léger voile blanc comme c'était le cas sur le jouet que j'avais offert à son cousin (acheté en magasin de jouet beaucoup plus cher que celui ci !!!) mais pas du tout. Très agréablemeent surpris. Par contre il vaut mieux utiliser un pied d'appareil photo qui sera beaucoup plus stable, le mode de fixation est standard. Une fois replié, tout rentre dans la petite sacoche qu'on peut transporter partout en bandoulière. Le tout est très léger et est porté sans peine par mon fils. Demain soir, on passe la soirée à deux dans le jardin à regarder la lune ..... Génial

Franchement pas terrible on voit pratiquement pas bien si on approche trop envoie carrément rien du tout pour moi c'est plus qu'un jouet pour un enfant

Telescopio bello e funzionale. Un po'difficile da capire come usare lenti e filtri, aggravato anche dall' Assenza di istruzioni in italiano, ma nel complesso un bello strumento per chi inizia

Für die Kinder habe ich den Teleskop bestellt. Den Aufbau ging schnell und problemlos. Eine kleine Tasche für ihn ist auch mit dabei. Für Kinder und Einsteiger ist tatsächlich gut geeignet. Ich vergebe den Teleskop fünf Sterne, den er tut was ein Teleskop in seine Preisklasse tun sollte, nämlich eine gewisse Größe insbesondere des Mondes zu ermöglichen. Der mitgelieferte Stativ ist zwar praktisch und stabil, aber bei der kleine Berührung wackelt er viel. Versand ging schnell und reibungslos. Falls ich euch helfen konnte lasst mir doch einen kurzen Klick auf "nützlich" da damit ich sehe das sich meine Zeit lohnt, danke:)
