GENUINE DYSON DC07 GREY Vacuum Cleaner Replacement HOSE ASSEMBLY

This fits our vaccum and works just fine. Only dislike is that it's not as tight a connection as our original. This means that when I stretch the hose out to it's full expansion, it comes unattached easily. In those cases, I have to hold the connection together as I vaccum. So I try to not fully stretch out the hose. Still it's a decent price, and worth having to not have to buy a new vaccum right now.

Not sure if this a genuine Dyson hose, looks like it could be. The reason I say this is because this is a review for the 2nd replacement hose I am on, The 1st replacement hose lasted about a year, it too was labeled as genuine. The original hose which obviously was genuine, lasted around 5 years. We'll see how long this one lasts.

Easy to install, great product fir the price

Originally purchased the hose kit. Once it arrived the inner black connector piece that attaches the hose to the wand was too small. I had to use a heat gun and sanding to get it smooth enough to actually operate. Then the hose barely lasts a year before it starts to rip. If these are actual dyson parts they must have been kept in a bad environment or dyson switched materials from their original. The stock hose that came with our original DC07 Yellow Dyson lasted until last year. The replacement only 1 year.

Exactly what I needed, came quick and with Dyson vacuums it's always an easy install / replacement. After using vacuum for over 15 years and just now needing a replacement, that speaks volumes! The hose developed a hole so the sucking power was lost. This part did the trick.

After reading several reviews on the cheaper versions of this replacement part, I decided that I would save myself the frustration and spend the extra money to get the quality that I desired. I'm glad I did. This took all of 60 seconds to replace, and now can use my hose-feature as before. Given that the previous hose lasted me about 10 years, I'm looking forward to another 10 years of service from this awesome vacuum cleaner.
