I decided to purchase this flight controller mount after researching several different options out there. I chose this one based primarily on versatility, simplicity, and price. The price was on point for this mount compared to others that were more expensive, seemed more complicated to use, and did not seem to be as well made from what I could see in pictures and other reviews. When I received the package it was small but heavy, indicating that it was more just plastic and cheap metal. Upon opening the box the parts were well packaged and organized. My first thought was that this mount was going to be a pain to assemble based on the amount of hardware it came with. However, they give you a great deal of spare parts so you won't be using everything. It comes with the necessary tools for assembly as well. They put thought into the packaging, presentation, and the ease of assembly by the customer. The mount is made from pretty thick, sturdy steel on the flight controller base and the two pieces that connect to your desk or bench. The main body is made from rigid aluminum triple t-slot rail. The mounting hardware seems to be made from steel and feels rather sturdy, maybe even hardened. Point is, its not cheap junk. Assembly really was a breeze. The biggest thumbs up I'll give this company is the included instructions. Very well done, very clear, and super easy to understand. They invested a little more in making the included instructions, very nice touch in today's consumer market; great job! Everything went together so easily. All holes lined up perfectly, the parts fit together with precision, screws were precise and easy to snug. The included plunger is sturdy, however, the hole it mounts in seemed a bit big for it but it still tightened down and worked great, no problem. In all, the mount was simple to put together and everything fit very well. This mount was easy to mount to my desk. However, this was also the trickiest part of the whole process. It takes a bit of thought and some handy finger work to get it set. Utilizing a second person may be benefitial here. But, again, its not bad at all to mount. Just takes a bit of patience. Once mounted and adjusted to your liking it really is very sturdy. I was concerned that the single piston clamp would be a weak point and cause it to be un-sturdy but I was wrong. It holds snuggly, and as long as you use it as intended I am confident this mount will outlast the controllers you attach to it. And speaking of flight controllers, the mount has many holes drilled in it to accommodate a wide variety of flight controller brands. Mine is the Ursa Minor by WinCtrl and the holes lined up perfect. They also include screws that fit perfectly in the flight controller screw holes. In conclusion, honestly, this is probably one of the best products I've ever purchased from Amazon. I am very satisfied with it and vehemently recommend it to anyone needing to mount their flight controller to a desk or bench.

I rarely write reviews, but this product motivated me. I'm impressed. A lot. I'm a new aviator, putting together my cockpit. I got the Winwing Ursa Minor, a product I greatly endorse. (I wish I had gotten the left-handed.) I needed to get it down lower, off my desk. This product took my Winwing flightstick off my desk and above my lap. It worked and worked better than that--it's extremely well-built. Seriously, this is some heavy hardware, yet it was easy to put together. Best of all, it comes right off. If you're thinking about it, get it. You'll be very happy with it, as I am. Blue skies.

This is a very nice joystick mount which I use with the WinWing airbus joystick. It looks like the same item is offered by several vendors under different names and I just chose the least expensive one at the time. This is a very sturdy mount that is made from sheet steel and an aluminum extrusion and has mounting options for a variety of joysticks. It is very well packaged and includes everything needed to put it together. As is common for this type of product the included instructions leave a lot to be desired but it is easy to figure out and there are assembly videos on YouTube. Overall, I have been impressed by how well it clamps to my desktop and the "quick release" clamp makes it very easy to move it around. Getting a mount with a quick release costs a little more but, in my opinion, is well worth it if you need to move it frequently. It functions exactly how I want it and the overall quality of the materials is quite representative of the better end of Chinese manufacturing.

Robust and can be moved out of the way easily without having to readjust the screws thanks to the levers.

This desk mount for my Winwing Ursa Airline stick is awesome. It's all metal, sturdy, easy to assemble and adjusts to exactly the right height to match my chair's armrest. I plan to buy another one for the upcoming Winwing Airline throttle. Hopefully, the bolt patterns in the base with lineup. 100% recommend this product.

Deceptive, it will not fit the companion Thrust controller of T16000 HOTAS. It only fits the stick controller.
