HYATT'S KNOWS HOW TO SHIP A BRUSH !!
Wonderful brush! As an artist with no art supply stores close by, I buy a LOT of brushes online. This was a FIVE STAR PACKING JOB! My 3/0 da Vinci cosmotop spin brush arrived in a box, packed with a small sheet of crunched-up brown paper. It was lightly taped onto Hyatt's rolled-up receipt, which kept the protective top on the tiny brush. Genius!

Not the tool I need
This brush seems to do one thing well, and that’s hold a lot of water. It might be great for backgrounds, underpainting a wash, or painting large areas, but it also lifts when I’m not intending to lift, and add blooms when I’m not intending to add blooms. I don’t see myself using this brush very often.

My favorite brushes
These are my favorite watercolor brushes. I’ve tried so many from budget to $$$ but always come back to these. I feel like I have more control but still a smoothness about them. Great value, too. Highly recommend. Easiest place to order them is Amazon and the price is comparable and sometimes better than brick and mortar shops.

da Vinci 1280 Cosmo Top Size 2 liner
The quality of the da Vinci 1280 size 2 liner is excellent for painting ceramics. The liner holds a good amount of paint and flows smoothly making beautiful lines

Great brush for watercolor and acrylics alike
These brushes hold their point well so are good for work that needs a fine line but also have a big enough body that they are able to hold enough paint to flood an area when you need to. I have used them for watercolor and for acrylic painting.

beautiful for washes
Love this brush- it looks like a regular paint brush but really holds the color and water beautifully and makes great washes. Try blending 2 colors, one on each side of brush after dipping fully in water and it makes beautiful blends.

Excellent Brush
I absolutely love these Da Vinci brushes. They aren't expensive and yet they do very well. I end up using mine quite a lot, compared to my other brushes. I also really like the handle, as it's sort of triangular and you get a better grip. I've bought several sizes of this particular brush, I liked it that much. And it holds up well too when painting. I'd definitely buy again.
