Makes the bloat feeling disappear.
I've been using this for like a year now and it's the only thing that works for me. Everything else does not relieve that heavy, uncomfortable feeling that I have especially with the heat and humidity doing its number on me. I've lost count how many other products i've tried. Even the packaging is pretty awesome. Plus the company offers for free to try other flavors which I haven't because I love this flavor so much. I take it most every night.

Yummy! Relieves Build Up
Not sure if it helps me to lose weight, but it certainly gets my digestive system going if you know what I mean 🚽. Tastes great! Nice with ice. Curious what the other flavors taste like and to know if the functions for other types of their drink powders work too.

This product is shockingly bad: 1. It’s way too sweet 2. Artificial candy flavor is awful 3. Does nothing, completely ineffective 4. Too expensive 5. Container arrives less than half full 6. Non-returnable

Doesn’t dissolve well…
Blending issues. I prefer to add my powders to plain water. If you add it to cold water, it will clump and you’ll be choking down big chunks of wet-powder-balls. I have the purple Proper, and it only seems to dissolve in room temperature water, so I tried the pinks that way…it mixes a little better as long as you keep shaking your bottle because of powder settling. Oh, and once it settles in the bottom of your bottle, it sticks, so get ready to shake violently to get it to release.
