Flavor is very good and it mixes well with just stirring lightly. I feel energetic I’m on a keto diet and does work effectively as an appetite suppressant. I don’t actually test my ketones, so I can’t speak to that. I also don’t feel jittery so that is a plus since many energy products have that effect.

Been taking this for a couple weeks now and i love it. not only is the flavor amazing, it truly helps me with my energy throughout the day. It also suppressed my appetite, i do find myself eating less often and being full quicker! I will try another flavor next order!! THANKS

Now I know why the Apple pear was on sale. Stuff was rock solid and impossible to break apart when I got it. I know the cap has a label to shake vigorously in the event of some clumping, but this is ridiculous. Moisture must have gotten in. And Amazon wants me to actually sent this back in order to get a refund. From the little I could chisel at and try, the flavor isn’t too great. Patriot Pop is much better, and also twice the price. Lol, of course.

Nice flavor, but you have to drink it cold or it has sort of a chalky weird flavor. Definitely gives you strong ketones as evidenced by the keto dip sticks. Will wait for another month to determine how it’s working with the rest of my keto process.

Let me start by saying if you receive an edible product, the flavor is good, the little boost midday is great.But the product on the left was purchased three weeks ago, it’s a powder, no shake vigorously sticker, smells fruity, zero complaints.The product on the right was delivered this morning, it smells chemical, solid as a rock, the huge clumps are from banging it on the counter, shake vigorously sticker on the lid and has a weird haze that spews out of the lid when opened.Not sure if this is an Amazon supply issue, just the Apple Pear flavor (the one on the left is Patriot Pop), or what but will be returning and holding my breath with any future deliveries.

I love this stuff! Great flavor and mixes well. I use a little bit less than the instructions call for, as I prefer a little weaker flavor. It satisfies my cravings for flavored drinks while doing Keto, and supplements electrolytes without all the sugar.

Taste great, easy to mix, and keeps me in ketosis!!

This product does suppress the appetite and helps with intermittent fasting while enabling you to feel energetic and focused. It eased the way for eating Keto.
