Works pretty well! I dont think my grout in my bathroom has EVER been cleaned and Ive noticed it becoming almost black lately. Ordered this along with a grout brush and Ive been impressed! Its not magical but it definitely works and is a great start so Im happy with it. My grout isn't gross looking anymore and Im going to continue to keep up with it now. Easy to use, spray, wait 5 minutes and brush.

Excellent for very dirty grout - I sprayed the Zep Grout Cleaner on the grout and left it for a few minutes (just a couple rows at a time) and used a XOXO Grout brush on the grout - it loosened the crud and then I wiped it off wth a dry microfiber cloth. When done I damp mopped the floor and it looks amazing. Very easy - and there is plenty left for the dining room!! I actually didn't have much hope as I have cleaned the grout with other cleaned didn't have the same success I had to day. I wish I would have taken before and after pics but here is one of the completed job. The grout was nearly black on most of the floor.

This product is amazing. I sprayed on my floor and let it sit just until the foam disappeared which was maybe a minute or two and came in with a scrub brush and my grout went from Brown back to gray almost immediately. I have used other cleaners before and mopped the floor many times and it did nothing to get rid of the stains on the grout. Will definitely buy this product again.

Cleans the grout well, but doesn't foam. Has the consistency of water, so the cleaner runs down the grout lines. No problem if you are doing all the grout, but if you want to do a specific area, you'll have to catch the running cleaner. I waited the prescribed 2 - 3 minutes, then used a grout scrub brush and my grout is definitely cleaner. So it works, it's just a lot messier than if it did actually foam like it says it does.

I was looking for a product to clean grout and unfortunately this did not do what I needed. It does not remove calcium deposits or mildew well. I have dark grey grout on my shower floor and it shows everything. i was hoping this product would be a better solution than using a product that may be to harsh for grout.

The grout in my foyer was extremely dirty and dingy. After using Zep and a grout brush my floor looks brand new. And no toxic fumes.

I never write reviews normally but this actually worked, my grout looks like it did when brand new. One happy customer here. It was easy as well. I couldn’t tell how well is worked until it actually dried.

Seems to work well but it is totally liquid not a foam at all consequently when using on tile on the shower walls, it just runs down where you do not want it to go. So I had to use a cloth and hold it under the grout I was spraying. A waste of the product to be sure.
