Projector with Built-in WiFi

I purchased the 4200 lumens projector with built-in WiFi. To set up the projector you actually need a keyboard and a mouse or you will have extreme difficulty if not impossible navigating thru the setup. You will also need a gmail account or you will not be able to proceed with any of the apps, as they require updating. To update you have to enter a gmail account, this is to even update the Amazon Prime app. The picture is extremely clear. So far have only been able to connect sound via Bluetooth, currently working with Carol (EUG) to get the sound working on my Samsung soundbar. With B/T there is a lag in sound. The projector itself does have a speaker. I took a star away because1. you need a keyboard for set-up as some of the features will not work with out one. 2 There is an option to add apps, however you can’t actually add apps ie Netflix. You have to contact the company directly for them to send you several links. I will update on sound connection.

This is one of the worst projectors I've ever seen. Folks who rated it 2 stars or more have no clue what a good project looks like. I spent one day playing videos and setting it up, here my comments:1. Picture quality - terrible! you cannot manage to get a precise focus for the whole picture. You need to choose if you like the right focus in the middle or on the edges. Not acceptable!2. Quality of colors - terrible! Blue, red, green very bad. Tried with different movies, different inputs, different HDMI cables, different devices. Same outcome.3. No support of Amazon Prime Video. Really?! Amazon sells products that don't support its own products?! It doesn't not support the codec of Amazon Video so forget playing any Amazon Prime video from any device.4. No support of Airplay. There is no native support of AirPlay so forget about streaming from your iPhone/iPad.5. Phone mirroring and streaming capabilities: terrible. The only way to mirror your phone screen or streaming from iphone/ipad/computer is to use EShare. Just look at the reviews of that app - it has 2 stars! The projector comes with an EShare server - very poor quality again, you need to pair to your phone every single time!I strongly suggest buying the BenQ HT3050 (or HT2050a) - it costs 50% more but the quality is way, way, way better than the EUG.

Apps of the projector don't work. For instance, the mirroring apps such as miracast don't work if I want to cast from my apple products. I bought google chrome and connected to projector for apps. Because the apps of the projector are crap and don't work. I did not return this product because I was too busy at that time.

So I’ve had it just a little over two years. It all of a sudden will not work or even turn on. Is there anything I can do to make it work?

Picture is great! Easy to set up. Great price for all that you get!

Outstanding porduct, value, and customer service!

We are liking this projector very much. It has a very good picture, set up was fairly easy. At first I'll admit we had some issues but Carol from customer service was wonderful in helping us definitely was impressed.

I use it to watch movies with my family after dinner. The projector works great as does the wireless feature, quick and easy to set up, and the hulu/utube/airplay run without no issues. The projector is very serviceable and I would 100% recommend.
