Huge fan of this tallow, will be purchasing it again, nice and smooth and no beef smell, our French fries have been cooking up beautifully!! The lid is a little hard to take off at first, but once off, a person can transfer into a different container with easier lid! Smooth and fast delivery!

Love the use cooking and biscuits. Lid is tough to open - not a bad thing, means sealed really well. Taste enhances food and its clean cooking. Texture normal lard feel. Fat content is normal for cooking. I am so glad to be using non synthetic lard. Keep refrigerated for longevity. Large container, should last awhile.

Good beef tallow.....I underestimated the amount though....I probably needed 10lb instead of 7lb....but wow they made this look so big on here...lol....used for several cooks and kept the same flavor throughout
