Weird, 40 day supply

I Have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and have not noticed a difference yet. These are quite a large pill and you have to take 3 a day. This bottle is a 40 day supply which I find to be quite awkward. Why not a 30 day or 60 day supply? I do feel better about taking them when there are so many natural ingredients, but I don't think I will be reordering.
