OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Ceramic Coated Metal Bakeware, 12-Cup Muffin

We make a lot of egg muffins every week in multiple variations and they slide out like butter--without the butter! That alone makes this pan worth every penny. We do NOT grease the pan in any way and the muffins not only slide out like magic but they also get nice and browned which is not something we got with silicone. We ditched the muffin tin liners and the silicone cups and have not looked back. The only down side to this pan: I now want ALL my cookware to be ceramic. My friend has Caraway ceramic cookware. *sigh* A girl can dream... But I digress. Heavyweight, quality, no warping, no sticking, a breeze to clean, what is not to like about this muffin pan!

Finally! A nonstick cookware that actually does what it claims to do. The instructions say to not use butter, margarine or nonstick spray and the muffins absolutely pop out with no sticking. It may be more expensive than other so called nonstick muffin tins, but I consider this a necessary investment that has brought back my joy of baking again. It’s a sturdy, heavy weight muffin tin that should last a long time & the blue I chose is gorgeous.

This is amazing! It is nonstick, easy to clean, heavy duty. It makes cooking a joy. Plus it’s pretty to look at. I like it so much I plan to buy another! It has lasted for a while too.

I love the few OXO baking products that I've purchased. The colors are nice, the coating seems to last long, and they are truly nonstick. They are easy to clean and while pricier than some other options, they are worth it as they tend to last long. Overall pleased with the quality. My kids love making cupcakes and muffins so this pan gets alot of use and still looks really nice.

Truly is non-stick and heavy duty, no warping or bending. Super easy to clean and I have used it over a dozen times, absolutely nothing sticks.

Pros; The muffin cups are definitely nonstick. I forgot to grease them, and it didn’t make any difference—everything came out cleanly. Cons: I(1) t is heavy, a bit more than 3 pounds. (2) The pan is the largest I’ve ever seen. There’s an extra inch or more on each end, and a half inch on each side. (3) The muffin cups are not exactly standard. They are 1/4-inch larger in diameter than standard muffin cups (2-3/4-inch versus standard 2-1/4 to 2-1/2 inches). Each cup holds 3.5 ounces of water (7 tablespoons), which is standard. (4) It can’t be used under a broiler, (5) It should. be hand washed, which is not a big deal except that (6) there is a crack at the top of each cup where gunk collects if you get batter or anything on it. Even if you clean up spills before putting the pan in the oven, stuff can get baked in each gap. (7) You have to dry the muffin pan right away after washing it. Finally, (8) packaging is ridiculously difficult to remove because it is stuck on with four big blobs of very sticky material that you have to try to peel off.

Wonderful muffin pan! Nonstick and easy to clean. OXO has great products.
