“Less plastic” claim is misleading — plastic piece required in the water
Bought directly from the manufacturer. This advertises less plastic, but it needs a small plastic piece in the bottom to start the swirl—which defeats the whole purpose of keeping plastic out of my water. I love the elegance and the idea, but a plastic piece sitting in water that’s probably heating up? Feels like $150 wasted.

I love the taste!
I have had my Mayu for 7 months and actually bought it from the company website in a bundle using the minerals daily. I haven't had any problems with it and use it daily. My neighbor recommended it and said it was her doctor who recommended this brand. I now feel like I need to take my own water to restaurants with some restaurants offering poor tasting water, therefore, always having good tasting water available. Love it!
