Weak and inefficient
This product lacks the speed and efficiency that the original Epilady classic coils had back in the 80’s. It does not have the capacity to remove hair from the follicles because the workmanship is weak. This was a waste of my money. I would not recommend this product to others.

Great way to remove hair
As an owner of the original Epilady epilator (made in Israel) this newer version is cheaply made (very light weight) and just not as sturdy. Seems to work as good as the original in spite of a slight design change (angled to the side) to the epilator coils. I don’t expect it to last decades like the original, but time will tell.

Does NOT pull out the hair!
I was really excited to get & use this, but was quickly disappointed... This is by far the worst epilator i have ever used, and ive had about 5 different epilators now. Does not pull out the hair, no matter if its short or longer. Dont waste your money, cause its not eligible for returns! Ugh!
