Fun
There must be some smart kids out there. Need to keep up. I am reading it and started to go online to check on some of the spying stuff online. Good grief! Lots of stuff out there and so many men spying- not on the Chinese or Russkies, but on neighbors, women, and who knows, but back to the book. It is a good buy. (They say women make great spies though.)

3.5 Stars
Its not the best book. I don't have that kind of stuff around my house. I did like some but as some others said it has a lot of basic stuff. I did like sone things though. Some were very clever. I am sure alot of you who read this review will have different opinions. I hope you find this review helpful in a good way. :)

Great Fun for Kids and Better than Video Games
Kids can spend hours with this thing, and I think it is a great "toy" that is one heck of a lot better than the video games or whatever else electronic they seem to want to spend time on today. What I really like about this is it gets them to think, plan, and strategize as well as have a good time doing it. When things work out there are high fives all around or if it doesn't they go back and try a different strategy and approach - each time usually with a smile on their face and relaying back to the parent and their friends how great it was.If you are looking for a good activity for your kids this summer, this one should be on your list!

You need a lot of other stuff to use this book
This book was great in theory, but you really need to either buy or have on hand a lot of unusual items in order for your kid to really explore all the spy science stuff listed in here. Quite a bit of it is quite lame... even for young kids. I was really hoping this would have some cool spy activities to do - ideas to explore, etc. If you're looking for a book that brings the spy game to the level of kids and breaks down the concepts and you're willing to go the extra mil and work with them through it all... this may be what you're looking for (hence three stars and not two). If you're hoping this is something your kid can do on their own... I don't think so.

Secrets revealled
I think this book is great. The activities are just what I was looking for. I run a scout group and we were having a Secret Agent night so that's why I purchased the book. It gave us such great ideas for our program and the kids were able to pass off badges as well as have a heap of fun. The kids have asked for another Spy night and we'll have plenty of new ideas still to come from this book Thanks

Lots of fun ideas
I used this at home and with my classes. It has lots of fun ideas for being an awesome spy. My kids love it. I love the great science material and other background information provided in the text. Really helpful for all the "whys." And the projects cover a variety of topics, so every personality finds something to enjoy. Cool book.

Nice size book
I didnt look through it, but my 10 year old grandson had a big smile as he thumbed through it after opening it as a gift. I did like the size and the quality of the book. It looked to me like a good book for a kid who likes to do magic tricks and technical things.

My spies were letdown
Our two older kids were really into spies for awhile, so we thought this would be an excellent holiday gift. Unfortunately, my bookworm didn't like it, and it's gone to our bookshelf to die. Maybe we can donate it to one of the free little libraries around. If your kids are into spies, spend your money on something else.

Spy Science
Entertaining for six-year old grandchild into spying as his latest enthusiasm (with parental help). Should keep him amused for a while.

Great for kids and teachers
Great book full of simple ideas. Some requiring specific equipment but most can be done by anyone. Very useful information as well.

Great fun and very well written
Great book for younger children whether under supervision from age 6 or on their own up into their early teens. Very well written and explained throughout.
