They work for me
This product is easy to swallow. I only use a sip of water because at bedtime too much water will wake me up to use the bathroom. They seem to help me fall asleep much faster and help me sleep much deeper. Before I got sometimes not even a full hour of deep sleep. Now at least 2 hours of deep sleep, depending on what time I go to bed.

Expect it to work but not overnight
Because this is natural it takes longer to notice the full effects of the product. So I can't give my honest opinion at this point. However, I do not have any side effects, there is no aftertaste, and I truly believe in continuing the product

Gradually increase the dosage to see if it suits your body. Please adhere to the recommended dosage.
Post-meal drowsiness has significantly improved, and the foam in my urine has decreased. There is a peculiar smell.
