I am extremely impressed with this Grater & Salad Maker! It is compact, powerful, and so easy to use. Cleanup is simple since the attachments detach easily and rinse well. The motor is strong and surprisingly quiet, and it saves me so much prep time in the kitchen.

I had hoped this would shred as well as the images and reviews suggest; however, my experience has been different. Cheese is either too hard or too soft (I even tried freezing cheddar for 30 min and it still gummed up). 4 stars because it does function, it's easy to clean and reassemble, and it does a great job shredding frozen stick butter for biscuits and rough puff pastry. Not sure I'd buy it again.

I wanted this to work so much so that I tried it out. The machine was great heavy duty but didn’t work on my cabbage. I am 75 and have a hard time cutting the cabbage for coleslaw. It is one of the few carbs I still eat on my low carb diet. I wanted this machine so bad but if I cannot use it for cabbage I am sending it back. This is a nice heavy duty machine and didn’t bounce around my counter just was not feasible for me.

This electric cheese grater works very well and saves a lot of time in the kitchen, slicing vegetables is very fast. I love it! Most importantly, it’s easy to take apart and clean after use. It actually very convenient and practical great value for the price.
