It's way too small to start with and it took forever to arrive, was supposed to be used as part of Halloween costume but arrived too late,,, Product is not what it appears to be,, Had I known it would take weeks to arrive I would have never ordered

Reasonable quality for price point. Replaced hat band as it was too narrow, more substantial band was more aesthetically appealing.
