Hello,This was my first time purchasing from this supplier, although I’ve used this product before in the shade Light Brown.However, I was very disappointed with this order. The color looked extremely reddish, which is very unusual, and it also came with a strange gel inside. As you can see in the photo, there is a clear separation between the components.After applying it, my hair turned out much lighter and with a strong reddish tone — nothing like the Light Brown I’m used to.I’m very unhappy with the result.I would like to request a full refund for this purchase, as the product did not meet expectations and appears to be defective.I appreciate your attention and look forward to a resolution.

This product does stain your skin but it works great now on the original website it doesn’t stain but this one on Amazon color is better looking

This product can give you an allergic reaction!!! It says product has natural ingredients!! I got a real bad allergic reaction and had to use an epi pen!!!

I NEVER leave reviews for anything, but I had to with this product. I 100% am satisfied and will order again, it did exactly what it was supposed to do and even permanent die doesn't cover my gray. Highly recommend!!
