Lovely smell keeps bin fresh for ages very hard to find this in shops so we'll worth buying on hear

I have a bag hanging inside the bin where I put used dog poo bags. Even double-bagged, there was always a pong on opening the bin lid, which attracted flies. I sprinkled this powder on the bin base and in the bag holding the poo bags The citrus scent is not over-powering and the powder only needs to be sprinkled in every few days and works well to keep those pesky flies away. Problem solved.

Disclaimer: Before I used this or the first time I gave my bin a really good clean with disinfectant, I have not cleaned my bin since. Good value, smells nice, easy to use. Im a few months in now using this and I'm sure maggot problem in bin has been eradicated due to this stuff. Even in the hot weather they have not returned. It has left a messy residue in the bin but better than maggots or yucky liquid.

I use this inside the bin bags on my kitchen bin. The granules absorb all traces of liquid and keep the bin smelling fresh at all times. No leakage of any fluids from a bin bag since I started using this over a year ago. Bin juice is a distant memory!

I seem to always have an issue with my black bin once the weather warms up. Flies, wasps, maggots, you name it, it's there. Bin buddy does work wonders and there's no more maggot disgusting smell in it, the flies and wasps keep well away from it. Definitely worth it. Super happy

When the bin is (too) smelly, a few sprinkles of this fresher will sort that out. Seems a pleasant lemony smell. I used this for several months now and still have 1 of the 2 so you dont need much to get the effect. The product is 'fit for purpose' and I would recommend it!

Has a strong chemical lemon-like smell. Not unpleasant but equally not the greatest smell. Better than the smell of a bin at least! My problem is the product seems to have no longevity. It may reduce the smell of a bin temporarily but it doesn't last. No more effective or long lasting than a few sprays of diluted Zeflora. Far cheaper to do that too. Tried in an empty wheelie bin. I returned a few hours later (bin still empty) and could no longer smell the product, just the manky bin smell. You'd have to be obsessively sprinkling this stuff in your bins multiple times per day to get much benefit it seems.

Got these as was having issues with maggots but it's driven the flies away so am very happy. Smell is very strong but not unpleasant and you get used to it.
