Absolute staple in my sleeping arsenal now. I have a thin, Scandinavian nose so this helps a ton. This is a huge upgrade from nose tape and cheaper, too.

I’ve had years of waking up at night from struggling to breathe through my nose. This dilator is a little uncomfortable when first inserted and needs to be wiggled and adjusted to get it feeling right. I’ve been using this three months now and it’s just needed replacing but wow what a difference it’s made! I can now sleep through the night and feel like I can breathe with ease. It’s a little expensive for what it is, but can you put a price on a good nights sleep?

It seems to be working. I could tell a difference on the amount of air I was getting. I still toss and turn, but I think that's other issues. As for breathing, this worked. It didn't smell funny, it was soft enough not to hurt or put pressure anywhere weird, and it was a noticeable difference both visually and functionally. I did not pull it out over night. I'm a 6 ft tall guy, and the orange set fit me just fine. I hadn't been sure on the size, but this one fit me fine and I'm a large man. Pretty inexpensive as well and I don't have to strap anything weird to my face.
