H2 Water 4 Life: The Simplest Solution for Optimum Health: Hydrogen Water Therapy (Full Color)

I have always pursued things to improve my health. Back in the 1970s, I sought out noted alternative health pioneer, Dr. Bernard Jensen, for his input. In 2016, I attended a free learning event presented by one of the authors himself, Steven Clarke. I became fascinated with water, proper filtration, nano-hydration and his explanation that healthy water needs three "A" components. Water must be Alive, Alkaline and have an abundance of Antioxidants. Eventually I got a high-quality water filtration and ionizer system installed in my kitchen to make fresh alkaline H2 water. When I heard Mr. Clarke and Dr. Peiper wrote a book on H2 water therapy, I immediately bought a copy from Amazon. As I started reading their book, l could not put it down. They employed a writing style that is like having a conversation with us. With over 40 years of research and 1,000 scientific studies, I was amazed global experts in medical-science and health-care proved hydrogen water therapy can prevent or treat over 170 diseases! Everybody needs to know this. Chapter after chapter provides groundbreaking research and is a "must read" for anyone with health problems they are trying to overcome, or, for anyone simply looking for ways to maintain and improve their good health.

I am nearly 79 years old. A few years ago, my wife and I bought a 4-filter water ionizer system to improve our health as an alternative therapy. It worked! Many of our health issues improved or cleared up and we both felt a lot younger. When we heard a naturopathic doctor and a certified water expert co-wrote a book on hydrogen water therapy, I ordered 2 color copies from Amazon – one for each of us. That was last year. It took a while to write this review because of other priorities. Let me first say that I learned many new facts about this great discovery in medical-science. For example, I did not know there was over 40 years of research! This gave me more confidence. My favorite chapter was “What is H2 Water Therapy?” My next favorite was “A Hydrogen Water Therapy System” because I study a portion of the Bible daily and the authors included a Bible quote that connects “unexpected events” to viewing a water ionizer system in our home as an “insurance policy for our future.” Since H2 water can potentially prevent or treat over 170 diseases, I think everyone, young & old, should jump on Amazon and buy this life-saving book. It is very easy to read. I also enjoyed the color pictures, charts and diagrams. The Resource Directory is a nice bonus. But I hope they add an FAQ section and a Kindle Version in their upcoming Second Edition.

In 2016 we bought our first water ionizer to benefit from purified alkaline water. In 2017 we learned how our ionizer infuses a very safe, therapeutic dose of medical gas, molecular hydrogen (H2) , into the alkaline water side of our unit. I was really pleased to find this new book about H2 on Amazon! The valuable information about H2 was presented in a very clearly organized manner so that this complex subject can be easily understood and applied. I am impressed that the authors, being alternative in nature, still hold our medical profession in high regard. Their extensive footnotes and references show the findings discussed in this book are supported by a substantial body of research. The authors make a powerful case for hydrogen water therapy as a nex-gen science that can make having an in-home health care system a reality for many who wish to age gracefully and find relief from illnesses we have come to believe are a normal part of aging. Every family should buy this book to keep up with what might be the greatest discovery in medical-science and health-care since 1953.

You gotta read this book! I didn’t know anything about good water until it was presented to me in a free water class. Molecular hydrogen (H2) was explained and easy to understand. Opened my eyes!I had no idea that almost ALL water that people drink today is attacking their bodies with hundreds of toxic chemicals, heavy metals and even radiation which is straight up killing people.The Testimonials are inspiring and will definitely give you a better outlook on the health benefits of drinking pure clean hydrogen water! Again....If you care about your health, you should definitely read this book!

I worked in the medical field for 38 years. So, my medical knowledge is diverse. I am retired now. I also have SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) disease. Some studies suggest up to 15% of U.S. people have SIBO. So, I want my review to help & motivate others who have SIBO to read this well-written book. My struggle with SIBO led me to buy a very high-quality water ionizer system. Right away, the highly-purified (0.01 micron) H2 alkaline water gave me relief from my SIBO disease and digestive issues. When a friend told me about Mr. Clarke's book on H2 water therapy, I ordered one from Amazon. I really enjoyed Chapter 17 "Water & Eat Meals" and learned a lot about our pyloric valve. This little book (its only 9" x 6") makes a great gift for anybody who cares about treatment or prevention of diseases. I plan to get more books and give them to family or friends who I truly love.
