Exactly what I was looking for! This sound deadening is awesome! And really does work for my high power stereo system “3200” watts total no more rattling! And I will be buying more to finish off my car , just did my hatch area and spare tire area

I placed 3 sheets of this in each front door of my 2008 GMC Canyon. I can t believe the amount of positive improvement . Much less tinny sound and road noise. It also lets the radio door speakers sound much better too.

Ive not put it to use so I dont know about that......however we installed this in our E350 van and installation was a breeze. This stuff has good adhesive on the back and it stuck very well to our existing insulation in our dog house, as I said I have not tested it under use conditions yet but im impressed with the quality of the sheets and the adhesive and how easy it was to form over curves and crevices. I would def buy again!

A decent experience for a first timer using sound deadening materials. Nullifies some tones from my exhaust and general NVH compared to the bare metal trunk area.No frustration with the backing, the adhesive is aggressive and leaves a nasty residue on tools/ clothes/ shoes if you step on it so be wary. Cleans up easy with goof off. A small squeegy like you might use on a vinyl wrap makes for a quick application but you will find a roller to be useful for finishing.Material Pushes into corners fairly easily but there is also potential for tearing, leave some backing on and peel as you apply around the bend or cut and add a second layer at sharp corners.Lined my trunk area- expected use during layout was 25sq ft, ended up using around 32 sq ft, plan on some overlap and extra slices for complex areas.

I think this is butyl backed. Super sticky stuff. My floors should last forever. Benefit that it quiets the engine and road noise a little
