Higher Nature Collagen Drink Super Strength 185g

I have been taking Collaflex for 6 months, and not only has my achey chronic knee problems improved hugely, so that I can do the treadmill for much longer than before, (previously I could for only 5 mins! -10 was amazing!!) - but it has reduced stretch marks on my bust, and has firmed me up relatively, - and my face looks younger, and my lips have filled out. I do find I need to exercise my knee though to keep it functioning as well as it can be, its always going to be weak but is so so much less achey than it used to be.. Cant believe it. Apparently it is used by the body where its needed most first, and is a gradual process, so tho' I saw quite big improvements in my knee and achey leg in a month or 2, it took longer for other areas. If I have been on my feet a lot, and been walking the dog for an hour or so, then I cant do the treadmill for long, but if my legs arent tired then I can do between 20 mins and 40 on a good day. A huge change. Best had in orange or fresh lemon juice, I try not to eat for an hour after taking it, nor half an hour before. I have been told its better to have it as a drink than tablet form, as its much more easily absorbed by the body, - and to make sure I have vic at the time, or sometime during the day. i feel very well on it. I dont believe HigherNature Collafex can cause cancer. I find I need to exercise the knee by doing the rowing machine, often slowly, or it can get a little achey and stiff. I guess any knee exercises would work.

Very disappionted I ve bought 2 of them and drink every night for month Dont see any different of my skin/ bone joints etc

This collagen powder disolves well in water and seems to be working well on my joints as this is what I primarily purchased it for.

I love this, my skin and hair love it too. It has given me results that make this part of my every day routine and I wont start the day without it !
